Balch Springs Local Business Suffers Water Damage

We have the workload needed to handle any size disaster.

Being located right in Balch Springs we were called out an apartment building, this building had a roof leak that caused multiple units to be damaged. There was standing water and moisture detected in 4 units. SERVPRO of Balch Springs was able to get out there the same day and get to work. 

We had two technicians go and do a moisture test to see how much work needed to be done. We extracted the water and began the drying process. There were multiple equipment out that was needed for all of the units. We were able to leave the equipment on all day and within a few days each unit were dried out.
