Storm Damaged Balch Springs Apartment

During a storm surge this apartment in Balch Springs suffered some water damage from a closet leak. The leak spread into the kitchen then to the living room. Once the leak was stopped we were able to remove any standing water. This process took a day to get the water out. Once the water was removed we installed air movers and equipment to speed up the restoration process. Once tested and approved, the equipment was picked up and a final walk through was performed. This included a monitor and final approval. Thanks to SERVPRO of Balch Springs, this apartment was returned to normal and the owner was a happy customer.
